At the heart of our ministry lies a commitment to the enduring truth of the Gospel, as emphasized in 2 Timothy 4:3-5. In a time when sound doctrine is often neglected, we strive to remain steadfast in our calling to teach, mentor and evangelize. We want to see every young person take their next step with Jesus. Our vision encompasses three core areas:
Operational excellence.
Our vision is to enhance the operational efficiency of the ministry, ensuring it grows and reaches its full potential. We aim to create a robust administrative and operations department that maximizes the ministry’s impact.
Spiritual mentorship.
With years of training in seminary, Sam is committed to teach at Word of Life’s Bible Institute and invest in the next generation of leaders. By mentoring and discipling students, Sam and Camila will nurture their spiritual growth and equip them for impactful work wherever God leads them.
Impactful outreach.
Leveraging extensive experience in communications and marketing, we will strengthen the ministry’s outreach. By improving strategies, we aim to effectively impact more people with the Gospel of Christ.

Growth of the Bible Institute.
We aspire to recruit 50 students each year, including at least one student from each of the nine states in the northeastern region of Brazil. Currently, our Bible Institute serves 20 students in the one-year program, and we are excited to see this number grow.

Full-capacity camp seasons.
Our goal is to reach 1,800 students annually through our camp seasons, providing life-changing experiences through the gospel. In 2023, our camps welcome around 1,200 students per year, and we are committed to expanding this reach.

More volunteer teachers in the Public schools ministry.
We aim to extend our reach into more cities across our state, taking full advantage of the opportunity to teach God’s Word in the public school system. We seek to recruit and equip dedicated volunteer teachers to mentor and disciple the next generation.
